A public Zoom meeting on the proposed development of the Sisters convent property at 15 des Oblats is scheduled for Monday evening, June 27. Partners Smart Living Properties (Ottawa) and Forum Equity Partners (Toronto) propose to refurbish the four-storey brick building just to the east of the Corners on Main condos and create 284 dwelling units.

The Greenfield Main Hawthorne construction project manager has provided the following update to the current progress:
Given the unknowns in dealing with the underground work on the Main Street and Echo frontages of 115 Echo we have settled on the end of March for the closure date with the NCC. It is hoped that we can return the roadway to two way before then, but we will need to get shovels in the ground before we can reassess that timeline.

A virtual public meeting on The Regional Group's Phase 3 plans for Greystone Village will be held September 30 with Councillor Shawn Menard hosting the meeting.
